Confused & Worried

First off as soon as I downloaded this app it said 20 dollars was removed from my credit card?! I didnt see anywhere that it would cost twenty dollars to download this app! If that is the case please refund me my money. Then I saw a add on your website that said if I were to download your app I would earn a credit of 100 style bucks? Yet I checked and nothing. Love your website but was the advertisement false? I took a picture in case you want to see. I promise I am not lying. Overall love the store.
